How to measure: Chest: around the widest point, keeping the tape horizontal. Waist: around the narrowest point of the abdomen. Hips: around the widest point. Leg: from the inseam down to the ankle. Sleeve: from the shoulder to the wrist. Between two sizes? Choose the smaller for a tighter fit, the larger for comfort.

Pull on rain protection without taking your boots off
When rain catches you partway through a ride, taking your boots off at the roadside to get into rain trousers is slow and awkward. Acerbis Micropak Rain Pants have zips at the lower legs so you can pull them on over your boots, and an elastic waist that goes easily over riding trousers or jeans and closes snugly.
Coated polyester with fully taped seams gives WP 10K waterproofing, a 10,000 mm water column. The rating shows how much water pressure the fabric can take before water starts to push through, and pressure builds where you sit on a wet seat, so a 10,000 mm rating keeps the rain out for longer in most situations.
The trousers fold into themselves when the rain stops, so they take up very little space in your bag or under the seat. Wear them over your riding trousers and you can keep going through wet weather and arrive drier.

The Micropak Rain Pants are lightweight, packable overtrousers rated WP 10K, a 10,000 mm water column, so they hold up better in heavy rain and on a wet seat. Are the Micropak Rain Pants waterproof?
Yes. They use coated polyester with fully taped seams and have a WP 10K rating, a 10,000 mm water column.
What does WP 10K or 10,000 mm mean?
It is the fabric's water column rating, a lab measure of how much water pressure the fabric can take before water starts to push through. Higher numbers hold up better. Sitting on a wet seat presses water into the fabric, so a 10,000 mm rating keeps the rain out for longer than a lower rated rain suit.
Can I put them on over boots?
Yes. Zips at the lower legs open the cuffs so you can pull them on without taking your boots off.
Do they go over riding jeans or trousers?
Yes. The elastic waist is designed for quick dressing over riding trousers and closes snugly.
Do they replace protective riding trousers?
No. They are a rain layer and have no armour, so wear them over your certified riding trousers or jeans.
What are the rain pants made from?
They have a 100% polyester shell with a polyurethane coating.
