Why online only?
SwiftMoto. is an online authorised dealer, and our distributors list us as e-commerce, as you can see in the dealer listings above. We're online only right now because we believe you shouldn't need to visit a store to get clear product information and advice, or to find gear that fits you properly. There are plenty of good online retailers. We're aiming to be the one riders trust most for honest advice and the right fit.
Eventually we would like to have a physical store, but right now not having one means we can operate with fewer staff and lower overheads. Ecommerce is also what we know best, which makes it a bit easier for us to get started online first.
Orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Petaling Jaya. We use a 3rd Party Logistics provider to ensure we get orders out quickly, which means it isn't open to visitors.
Can't try it on first? Every product page has detailed sizing and fit guidance, you can WhatsApp us for help choosing a size, and you have 60 days to return or exchange unworn items.
Our Kuala Lumpur address is our registered company office for SSM purposes, not a shop.
Why are our prices so good right now?
SwiftMoto. launched in 2026, and we know a new name has to earn trust. Our discount prices and bonus offers are how we're inviting riders to try us. They're funded by us making less money on each order, not by cutting corners. Every item is still official Malaysian stock from the official distributors, with the same certification labels and warranty you'd find in any authorised shop.

SwiftMoto. was founded in 2026 by Alick Hyde, a rider with 15 years' experience in ecommerce. He started it because finding clear certification and fit information on motorcycle gear online was harder than it should be. Read our story.
