Muc-Off Motorcycle Extreme Wet Chain Lube

Keep your chain lubricated through sustained rain

When you ride through sustained rain, you need chain lubricant that stays on the links through wet conditions. Muc-Off Motorcycle Extreme Wet Chain Lube, also known as Wet Weather Lube, uses a penetrating polymer formula and a non-drying, water-repellent film for wet road and off-road riding.

It suits standard, O, X and Z-ring chains. The UV dye lets you inspect coverage with a UV torch and spot overspray for clean-up, helping you see where the lubricant has reached before the next ride.

Key features

• Wet weather formula: a hydrophobic, non-drying film is designed to stay on the chain in persistent rain
• Deep penetration: the polymer formula works into the chain links to reduce friction and wear
• UV coverage dye: shows application coverage and otherwise hidden overspray under a UV torch
• Sealed chain compatibility: suitable for standard, O, X and Z-ring chains
• Targeted application: straw nozzle helps direct lubricant towards the chain

Important: This is an extremely flammable aerosol. Keep it away from heat and ignition sources.

For a fresh application, first remove old lube and grime with Motorcycle Chain Cleaner and the Motorcycle Chain Cleaning Brush. Let the chain dry before lubricating it. Extreme Wet Chain Lube is the wet-weather part of that routine, not a substitute for the cleaner.

Is Extreme Lube the same as Wet Weather Lube?

Yes. Extreme Lube and Wet Weather Lube are names for this Muc-Off motorcycle chain lubricant for sustained wet conditions.

Is it suitable for O-ring chains?

Yes. It is suitable for standard, O, X and Z-ring chains.

What does the UV dye do?

It lets you inspect coverage with a UV torch and identify overspray that may otherwise be difficult to see.

When is this chain lube most useful?

It is intended for sustained wet and harsh conditions on the road or off-road. The non-drying, water-repellent film helps it stay on the chain during rain-soaked rides.
