Flexible shoulder armour that moves with you
Stiff, bulky armour can make a jacket uncomfortable to wear in the heat. Acerbis D3O Level 1 Shoulder Protectors stay soft and flexible while you ride, so they follow your movement inside the jacket, then stiffen on impact.
They are certified to EN 1621-1:2012 Level 1, made from D3O polyurethane and supplied as a pair. They fit every Acerbis jacket in our range, the Ramsey Vented 2.0, Ramsey Vented Long, Gordon and Ramsey Vented 2.0 Women’s, and are a direct replacement for the Level 1 shoulder armour supplied in the Ramsey jackets. They also fit other jackets with compatible shoulder pockets, so you can keep certified protection at the shoulders when your armour needs replacing.

The D3O Level 1 Shoulder Protectors are replacement shoulder armour for every Acerbis jacket in our range, and suit other jackets with compatible pockets. Yes, if you ride in an Acerbis jacket from our range. They fit the Ramsey Vented 2.0, Ramsey Vented Long, Gordon and Ramsey Vented 2.0 Women’s, and are a direct replacement for the Level 1 shoulder armour supplied in the Ramsey jackets. They also fit other jackets with compatible shoulder pockets.
