How to measure: Place the tape about 2 cm above the eyebrows, passing just above the ears and around the back of the skull. Keep it horizontal and flat against the head without pulling it too tight.
Head shape matters too. Helmets are shaped for round, intermediate or long oval heads, so a helmet in your size can still press on the forehead or feel loose at the sides if the shape is wrong.

The Lexan polycarbonate shell sits over a multi density EPS liner and is certified to UNECE 22.06, the current UN regulation for motorcycle helmets.
