How to measure: Measure the circumference of your head about 2 cm above the eyebrows, passing just above the ears and around the back of the head. The chart is a guide only: always try the helmet on at home and check the fit.
Head shape matters too. Helmets are shaped for round, intermediate or long oval heads, so a helmet in your size can still press on the forehead or feel loose at the sides if the shape is wrong.

A wide view and airflow for everyday road riding
If you want a straightforward full face helmet with strong everyday value, the HJC C10 combines ECE 22.06 approval with a wide view and front-to-back airflow. Its polycarbonate composite shell suits commuting and road riding without the added mechanism of an internal sun visor.
The clear HJ-34P visor has an anti scratch coating and provides 99% UV protection. It is compatible with a Pinlock 70 insert, sold separately, giving you the option to add an anti-fog lens.
Three intake vents and two exhausts channel air through HJC’s ACS system to help carry heat and humidity out. Removable, washable padding and provision for a suitable aftermarket Bluetooth system make it a practical helmet to use and look after on regular rides.

Take a look at the HJC C71 or Shark Ridill 2 if an integrated sun visor would make changing light conditions easier to manage. Both offer full face coverage with a separate internal sun visor, while the C10 keeps things simpler without that extra mechanism.
The C10 and C71 use an HJ-34P main visor compatible with a Pinlock 70 insert, sold separately, along with washable padding and provision for a suitable aftermarket Bluetooth system.
What does the wider visor opening offer?
The enlarged 10 mm sight of view gives a broader view through the main visor. It has an anti scratch coating and provides 99% UV protection.
Does it have an integrated sun visor?
No. The C10 uses a clear main visor without an internal sun visor.
Is a Pinlock insert included?
No. The HJ-34P main visor is compatible with a Pinlock 70 insert, sold separately.
How is the helmet ventilated?
Its ACS system uses three intake vents and two exhausts to move air from front to back.
Which communication systems fit?
A suitable aftermarket Bluetooth system can be fitted. Match the speaker size and mounting method to the helmet before buying a unit. Compatibility does not mean that an intercom is included.
