Same day dispatch:
Orders placed before 12:00pm Monday to Saturday are dispatched via courier the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00pm, or on Sunday are dispatched on the next day.
Peak sales periods (11.11, 12.12, major promotions):
Order dispatch:
Due to high order volumes dispatch may be delayed by 1 to 2 days.
Delivery:
Deliveries via both Ninjavan and SPX are likely to be delayed by 2-4 days due to order volumes.
International delivery
We currently do not deliver internationally, but this policy is reviewed regularly.
