Kriega started in 2000 when two British product designers, Dominic Longman and Michael Cottam, decided nothing on the market was built specifically for motorcycling. Their answer was the Quadloc harness system, and aircraft-grade aluminium adjusters that keep a pack stable at speed instead of swinging around on your back. The R35 backpack that launched with it is still in the range today.
What carries through the whole Kriega range is that function-first approach, waterproof roll-top construction, modular systems that expand and contract with what you're carrying, and stitching built to survive years of daily commuting, not one season.
